OFFICIAL RULES FOR TASTE FOR ADVENTURE FLORIDA SWEEPSTAKES
ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
(A purchase will not improve one’s chance of winning.)
SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete and submit the online Entry Form during the sweepstakes period that begins at 12:01 AM (Eastern Time) on June 15, 2007, and ends at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on October 31, 2007.
Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per household and email address. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited,
and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion
agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems
of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. DRAWING: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about November 15, 2007, from all eligible entries received by the judging agency, an independent
judging organization, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prize winner will be notified by overnight delivery and must
sign and return affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within fifteen days of notification. Prize winner’s guest must also sign
and return a liability/publicity release prior to departure. Failure by winner to comply will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an
alternative where possible.
3. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: a 6 day/5 night trip for four to Crystal Springs, Florida, including four
round trip tickets – coach air transportation from the commercial airport closest to the winner’s home; five nights accommodations
at The Plantation Inn & Golf Resort, and one guided tour for four by a naturalist to swim with the manatees. A
ll travelers must possess valid travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Travel must take place between
November 1, 2008, and January 30, 2009, or prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Odds of winning
prize depend on number of entries received. Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,000.00. Any trip expenses not specified for
Grand Prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. All travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor.
Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and fare fluctuations. No prize substitutions allowed and no
cash alternatives, in whole or in part, are available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal
or greater value should a prize be unavailable at the time of the prize award. Grand Prize winner must be available to travel
on date designated by the Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number
of eligible entries are received. Prize is non-transferable. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness
for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state or other taxes on
prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. Limit one prize per household.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia
(Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older at time of promotion registration,
except employees of Barbara’s Bakery Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, and their respective
advertising and promotion agencies, judging organization and the immediate families or household members of each. All federal,
state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall
only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes
if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor, its promotional
and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and
shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly,
by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs,
non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security,
fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries
received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical,
hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion
or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant’s
ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if,
in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating,
hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse,
or threaten any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.
CAUTION – ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
(INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
